Finrust
Automating the subscription lifecycle for a financial wellbeing provider.
The question
Cut the manual work out of a subscription model built around individual people.
Mister Brightside sells pension and financial vitality programs to Dutch employers, with fees tied to enrolled employee counts. Every two years, they sit down with each employee individually to review their financial situation — a core part of what the subscription delivers. Preparing for those meetings, processing the data coming out of them, keeping employee records current, and translating all of it into accurate invoices was eating up time at every step. Nothing was connected.
Our answer
A platform that runs the full lifecycle. from signed deal to billing, and every employee check in between.
We built a web application that connects Mister Brightside's sales process directly to their subscription management and invoicing. When a deal closes, the subscription is created from the same data — no rekeying. The system tracks each client's enrolled employees and automatically triggers the two-year review cycle: employee data is prepared ahead of each meeting so advisors walk in ready, updates are processed immediately after, and any changes in the employee file flow through to a reconciled invoice before it goes out. What used to be a chain of disconnected manual steps now runs as a single, auditable flow.
