Seven questions about the problem you're trying to solve, and you'll get an indicative range for what a Software Discovery with Eforah would cost. No sales call, no obligation, and you see the number on this page.
Indicative estimate
Answer 7 short questions about the problem and we'll give you an indicative range for the Discovery itself. It takes about two minutes, and there is no obligation attached to it.
Please don't include passwords, personal data or confidential client information in the open fields. Your answers are used to produce this estimate and are sent to our team so we can follow up - they are not stored in a database.
Indicative Software Discovery range
Based on your answers, this may already be defined clearly enough that a full Discovery is not needed. That's worth a short conversation before you commit to anything.
This is an indicative range, not a quotation. The final Discovery fee is agreed after a short conversation, and equals 10% of the estimated implementation.
The estimator needs JavaScript to calculate your range. If it isn't running, get in touch and we'll walk through the same questions with you.
Transparency
There's no reason to be secretive about it. The estimator follows the same commercial logic we'd apply in a conversation.
An AI model produces the final range within that framework. Every result is checked server-side against the same rules before you see it, so the numbers stay in sensible commercial territory.
What you'd be buying
What is actually going wrong, where it starts, and what it costs you today - written down clearly enough that anyone in your organisation can read it and agree.
Which might be custom software, an integration, automation, better use of what you already own, applied AI, or a process change. Sometimes the recommendation is to build nothing.
What changes if you go ahead, stated in terms you can hold us to rather than in adjectives.
Scope, approach and what the implementation would cost - so the decision to proceed is a decision, not a leap.
Before you ask
No. It's an indicative range based on seven multiple-choice answers, which is considerably less than we'd know after a proper conversation. The actual fee is agreed with you before anything starts.
Because the estimate is genuinely useful and we'd like the chance to follow up on it. You get the number immediately on this page either way - there's no waiting for an email to arrive.

Then it's done its job early, before either of us spent a week finding out. Tell us the constraint and we'll say honestly whether a smaller piece of work makes sense.
No. Discovery ends with a proposal and a decision that's yours to make. If you continue with us, the Discovery fee becomes a discount on the implementation. If you don't, you keep everything Discovery produced.
Entirely reasonable. Describe the problem in your own words and we'll tell you what we think, estimator or not.
